Jr. Talent Acquisition Associate

As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:

• →Support prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines
• →Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar
• →Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role
• →Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
• →Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines
• →Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates
• →Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment

• 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment

• Job Location: Work From Home / Remote
• Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday
• Compensation: $400 or $550 base (adjusted based on experience) + $40 night shift allowance monthly
