→ Conduct Initial Outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.
→ Schedule Meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings.
→ Maintain CRM Accuracy by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot.
→ Nurture Cold Leads who aren’t ready to buy yet—add them to follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing.
→ Monitor and Triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
→ Collaborate Closely with AEs to ensure a seamless handoff and calendar alignment.
→ Provide Feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and recurring patterns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
1–3 years in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, persuasive).
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
Comfort with phone outreach and handling objections or questions from prospects.
Highly organized and process-oriented — you don’t let leads slip through.
Self-starter: you’re proactive, responsive, and accountable.
Tech-savvy: Familiar with email tools, calendar scheduling platforms, SMS platforms, and sales enablement tools.
