We're looking for a DTC/eCommerce CRO specialist to join our team!

Run CRO audits: quantitative, qualitative, heuristic, funnel, competitors
Turn data into hypotheses and a prioritized testing roadmap
Plan, launch and analyze A/B tests
Structure landing page and website builds
Coordinate design and dev, and give final approval before launch
Report results and insights to clients

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on CRO for eCommerce/DTC brands
Experience with Shopify, GA4, heatmaps and survey tools
Hands-on with A/B testing tools like Convert, Varify or Intelligems
Track record building or optimizing landing pages and funnels: sales pages, listicles, advertorials
Can explain why a test won or lost, not just that it did
High ownership and clear communication
