KONE is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking Sales Manager, Channel Partnership to join our team. This role will drive Channel Partnership sales growth across APAC and Middle East (APM), with a primary focus on developing and scaling business through System Integrators (SI). The role will convert our strategy into concrete partners, opportunities, orders and modernization volume, closely with Area and FLs.
- Strong background in, sales and modernization
- Experienced in sales as an elevator supplier
- Good understanding of modernization or technical B2B solutions
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and align with regions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
