About the Role

~1 min read

Threatscape is one of Ireland's leading cybersecurity consultancies, helping organisations navigate increasingly complex cybersecurity, AI and data governance challenges. Working alongside strategic partners such as Microsoft and Palo Alto Networks, we combine deep technical expertise with a relentless focus on customer outcomes.

Following significant recent investment, we're entering the next phase of our growth journey. We have a clear ambition to 10x the business by 2030, expanding our reach, capabilities and impact across Ireland, the UK and beyond.

For talented and ambitious people, this creates a unique opportunity. Joining Threatscape today means becoming part of a growing business where your contribution can have a real impact, your voice can be heard and your career can grow alongside the company.

  • New client acquisition: Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities with mid-sized and enterprise organisations across Ireland. You’ll own prospecting, stakeholder engagement, consultative discovery, proposal development, commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Client ownership and growth: Retain ownership of clients, building trusted relationships, maintaining account plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and coordinating with delivery teams to support successful outcomes and long-term retention.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement: Build credibility with CISOs, technology leaders, procurement teams and other senior decision-makers. Use a consultative approach to understand business and security priorities and shape relevant services.
  • Sales planning and forecasting: Develop territory and account plans, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, and use market and client insight to influence wider sales and marketing priorities.
  • Relevant consultative sales experience: You have at least five years’ experience selling cybersecurity, technology or other complex professional services would be particularly valuable.
  • New-business track record: You can demonstrate how you have built a pipeline and book of business from the ground up, including the opportunities you created, sales cycles you managed and revenue you delivered.
  • Irish market knowledge: You understand the Irish business landscape, know how to identify and access relevant decision-makers, and can build new relationships through targeted outreach, referrals and your professional network.
  • Client growth and retention: You have experience developing existing accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders, identifying additional needs and protecting long-term client relationships. You are equally comfortable opening a new opportunity and expanding an established partnership.
  • Commercially astute: You think strategically, ask the right questions, and are focused on long-term value.
