Sales & Marketing Director

Southfield Village is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts, grow community awareness, and guide prospective residents and their families through the journey of choosing senior living.

Southfield Village is part of Greencroft Communities, a nonprofit organization committed to serving others and enhancing the lives of residents and team members.

• →Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in, providing a welcoming and personalized experience for prospective residents and their families.
• →Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that support community growth and occupancy goals.
• →Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, local organizations, and the broader community.
• →Plan engaging events, community tours, and outreach activities that showcase life at Southfield Village.
• →Collaborate with campus leadership and the Greencroft Communities marketing team to strengthen community visibility and engagement.
• →Lead, coach, and support team members while monitoring sales performance and marketing results.

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
• A strong relationship builder with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and achieving sales goals.
• Comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Aline is a plus.
• A commitment to compassionate service and the mission and values of Greencroft Communities.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
