As a  Senior Internal Communications  on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in?  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Senior Internal Communications, you will shape engaging, audience-focused communications and continuously improve the channels, technologies and processes that connect employees with relevant business information.  Own and continuously improve internal communication channels , including the intranet and other digital platforms, while advising subject matter experts on effective communication approaches  Apply artificial intelligence and emerging communication technologies to improve content development, personalization, channel performance and communication insights  Develop compelling video content from concept through production and post-production, ensuring high-quality storytelling aligned with business objectives and audience needs  Translate complex business, digital and transformation initiatives into clear, consistent and audience-focused messages for defined target groups  Manage digital editorial activities , including content planning, governance and news management across communication channels  Enhance communication effectiveness through stakeholder feedback, best-practice sharing and the continuous improvement of channels and processes Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You bring a strong consulting mindset, connect topics across the organization and turn complex information into clear, engaging communication.   A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field  At least 3 years of professional experience in internal communications, content management, digital communications or corporate communications  Proven experience managing digital communication channels , including intranet platforms, editorial planning, content governance and news management  Strong storytelling, writing and content creation skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical topics into clear and engaging communications  A strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand stakeholder needs, connect topics and recommend effective communication solutions  Experience using artificial intelligence-powered communication tools and creating multimedia content , including video concept development, production and post-production  Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
