As a Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, helping prospective clients understand the value of an integrated HR and payroll platform. Working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and validate solutions throughout the sales cycle. Your expertise will help customers overcome technical challenges, assess product fit, and make informed purchasing decisions. You will play a key role in accelerating sales, strengthening customer confidence, and translating complex requirements into measurable business outcomes. Partner with Account Executives and go-to-market teams to demonstrate product value, address customer needs, and secure technical wins throughout the sales process.

Lead discovery conversations with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, existing systems, technical environments, and opportunities for optimization.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact during sales cycles, managing solution discovery, requests for proposals (RFPs), product demonstrations, and technical documentation.

Design and deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions that validate technical feasibility and demonstrate alignment with customer requirements.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to communicate prospect feedback, advocate for customer needs, improve solution messaging, and accelerate deal progression.

Identify and resolve technical objections by providing clear explanations, proposing creative solutions, and coordinating escalations with relevant internal teams when necessary.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, product capabilities, enterprise integration requirements, and competitive positioning.

Support marketing and partnership initiatives by contributing technical content, customer case studies, and reference materials.

Document recurring solution patterns, frequently asked questions, and technical decision frameworks to improve internal knowledge sharing and team enablement.

Requirements

At least four years of professional experience as a Solutions Engineer, pre-sales consultant, technical sales specialist, or in a comparable customer-facing technical role.

Experience in enterprise software, Software as a Service (SaaS), or technology sales is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of enterprise systems, software integrations, and common technical and compliance requirements relevant to customer environments.

Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, identify customer challenges, and translate technical requirements into clear business value.

Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive, technical, and operational audiences.

Fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish is required to support customers and stakeholders across Latin America.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to address technical objections, evaluate solution feasibility, and recommend appropriate approaches.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with sales, product, engineering, and operational teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create clear, accurate technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
