You will partner closely with senior Sales and Revenue Operations leaders to drive strategic planning, forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational excellence. By establishing consistent processes and data-driven decision-making practices, you will help sales teams improve productivity, accelerate growth, and execute against ambitious revenue targets. • Sales Operating Rhythm: Build and maintain scalable operating processes that improve visibility, accountability, and consistency across sales segments and geographic regions.
  • Productivity and Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve sales coverage, accelerate ramp-up times, and strengthen collaboration with solution engineering and specialized sales teams to maximize commercial effectiveness.
  • AI and Automation Leadership: Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows across forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution, and sales productivity. Help managers use efficiency gains to focus more time on coaching and selling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, and Enablement to align priorities, improve operational processes, and ensure sales teams have the tools and insights needed to succeed.
  • Global Operations Management: Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing field sales operations team, establishing clear goals, development plans, and standards of execution.
  • Executive Reporting and Insights: Deliver reliable performance analysis and strategic recommendations that support leadership decisions, resource allocation, and long-term revenue growth.
