• Salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per year

• →Oversee daily kitchen operations and line execution
• →Manage food cost, waste, and inventory controls
• →Hire, train, and develop back of house staff

• Proven experience managing a high-volume kitchen
• Strong grasp of food cost and labor management
• Comfortable leading staff during peak rush periods
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety knowledge
• Dependable, hands-on leadership style under pressure
