Hitachi Energy is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to help our sales teams work more effectively by providing the training, tools, information, and support they need to succeed.

In this role, you will manage sales enablement activities focused on sales skills, product knowledge, internal systems, and business processes. You will also support sales leaders through pipeline reporting, performance visibility, and recurring business reviews that identify opportunities for improvement.

You will serve as a key connection point among Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Pricing and Proposals, and other stakeholders. This is an opportunity to combine sales enablement, customer engagement, project management, and analytics to improve both sales productivity and the overall customer experience.

  • Coordinate the development, maintenance, and delivery of sales enablement materials.
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of internal and customer-facing sales materials.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Pricing and Proposals, Sales Operations, and subject-matter experts to create practical, customer-focused content.
  • Develop materials that help sales teams identify product and solution fit and understand relevant pricing and commercial models.
  • Establish a regular cadence for presenting and educating sales teams on new and existing materials.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to identify value propositions and develop enablement plans aligned with product strategy and market priorities.
  • Evaluate content effectiveness and continuously improve materials based on feedback from sales teams and evolving business needs.

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and measurement of customer engagement activities designed to generate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Develop and manage highly targeted customer and prospect campaigns in partnership with Product, Industry, and Sales Leadership.
  • Plan and coordinate customer events, executive briefings, workshops, webinars, and other engagement activities.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and deliverables associated with customer-facing programs.
  • Support the creation of customer-facing presentations, digital content, campaign materials, and other engagement assets.
  • Apply basic graphic design, video editing, and content production skills to develop or customize materials as needed.
  • Track campaign and event performance and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications for enablement and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate resources across Product, Sales Operations, external vendors, and Sales Leadership.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies to support successful execution.
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams, including individuals who do not directly report to you.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, practical, and executable actions.

  • Provide Sales Leadership with actionable pipeline-generation and performance visibility.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards covering campaign pipeline and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain a regular funnel-review cadence with Sales Leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve visibility into lead quality, conversion, and opportunity progression.
  • Use reporting and performance insights to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five + years of experience in sales enablement, customer engagement, sales training, marketing programs, sales operations, or a related area.
  • Experience in sales, sales enablement, training, customer engagement, marketing, and/or communications.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and managing Account-Based Marketing campaigns and other targeted customer engagement programs.

At Hitachi Energy, you will have the opportunity to support initiatives that strengthen sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will help ensure sales teams have practical resources, actionable information, and aligned customer-facing materials that support meaningful customer conversations and business growth.
