INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST for France and the DACH Region (m/f/x)

Import and distribution of chemical materials for customer industries throughout Europe is competence and business of our privately owned group. We are growing on our own. Our multinational team - currently situated in fifteen locations in Europe and Asia - belongs to the best performing sales organizations of our multinational and local clients. Having a healthy financial basis, we continue to expand our personnel organization and offer attractive positions at several European sites.

Your Business and Area of Responsibility

• You support our field sales in France and the DACH region (AT, DE, CH) with system entries, Master Data and operational tasks.

• You act as a reliable contact for industrial customers, supporting sales activities; internally you collaborate with our Product Managers and Field Sales.

• You prepare offers and follow up in coordination with field sales.

• You process incoming orders and report/implement negotiation results into our CRM system.

• You handle post-sales activities, including interaction with logistics and professional communication with customers to address changes, delays, overdue payments, and other logistical challenges.

• You conduct market research via phone and email to gather insights and opportunities.

• You follow up our product sample process.

• You handle occasional claims and complaints professionally.

Your Profile & Talents

• You are a „SALES personality“ with a service-oriented attitude.

• You have 3+ years of experience within a B2B sales organization, working with all levels of stakeholders, preferably within a wholesale company.

• You have a university degree (Bachelor’s) or a completed Matura combined with relevant professional experience.

• You have excellent communication skills and are business fluent in French, German and English.

• You bring strong analytical skills.

• You have a high degree of resilience and organizational skills.

• You have an accurate work style and a hands-on personality.

• You are a team player, eager to learn and are interested in understanding processes and connections.

• You have profound experience with CRM-/ERP-systems.

• You have good MS Office skills.
