We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive measurable growth for multi-location businesses across the United States and Canada. In this fully remote role, you will oversee the entire client journey, from onboarding and strategy development to execution, optimization, and ongoing performance management. You will combine expertise in SEO, social media, paid advertising, conversion tracking, and copywriting to build integrated marketing strategies that deliver tangible business results. Working in an AI-native environment, you will use Claude and related tools to streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and improve campaign delivery. You will also create and refine AI-powered workflows that help the team launch new accounts faster and operate more efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for an independent, technically minded marketer who enjoys taking full ownership of client accounts and shaping the processes behind a growing digital marketing operation.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts end to end, overseeing client relationships, proposals, onboarding, strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization.

Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring websites, conversion tracking, advertising accounts, and marketing channels are operational within approximately two weeks.

Develop brand messaging, positioning, website copy, location-specific landing pages, and client updates using Claude as a drafting assistant while ensuring the final content reflects each client's unique voice and brand identity.

Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns, maintaining direct involvement in channel management and advertising account structures.

Configure and validate conversion tracking to ensure that reported results accurately reflect real business outcomes, including bookings and appointments, before increasing campaign budgets.

Manage marketing performance across multi-location businesses, ensuring that reporting clearly distinguishes results by location and supports comparisons of cost per booked appointment.

Analyze campaign performance, allocate budgets strategically, and implement data-driven improvements to increase visibility, qualified leads, bookings, and revenue.

Build, test, and refine Claude-powered tools and workflows for recurring tasks, including creative briefs, content calendars, performance trackers, and account management processes.

Participate in client meetings and calls across different time zones, providing clear updates, explaining marketing decisions, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Ensure all AI-generated content is reviewed, refined, and quality-checked before delivery, particularly for clients in sensitive or trust-driven sectors such as healthcare, aesthetics, and senior living.

Continuously improve internal processes, marketing delivery systems, and account management workflows to support efficiency and scalability as the business grows.

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally supporting multi-location businesses with diverse marketing needs.

Strong practical expertise in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, copywriting, and digital strategy, with the ability to manage execution rather than relying entirely on other team members.

Solid technical knowledge of conversion tracking, tags, advertising account structures, website launches, and marketing analytics.

Demonstrated experience using Claude daily and working with connected AI tools to improve marketing execution, supported by concrete examples of workflows or solutions you have built.

Near-native English proficiency, with excellent written communication skills and the confidence to lead client calls, present recommendations, and prepare professional performance updates.

Strong copywriting and brand judgment, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences, industries, and brand voices while explaining and defending creative decisions.

Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, particularly in campaign measurement, conversion optimization, budget allocation, and performance reporting.

A high degree of autonomy, initiative, organization, and accountability, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Comfort working in a fast-moving, AI-native environment where responsibilities extend beyond a single marketing channel and processes are continuously evolving.
