Assistant Client Manager - Commercial

As an Assistant Client Manager, you will support client relationships and oversee the coordination, quality, and delivery of commercial design and construction documentation projects. Working closely with Client Managers, project coordinators, architects, engineers, designers, and technicians, you will help ensure projects meet client expectations and established quality standards. You will serve as a key link between clients, internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to facilitate clear communication and efficient execution. From managing project documentation to coordinating milestones and reviewing technical deliverables, you will contribute to successful project outcomes. This role combines technical design expertise, project coordination, and client relationship management in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

You are an experienced construction or design professional with strong technical knowledge, organizational capabilities, and the ability to coordinate complex projects while maintaining high standards of client service and documentation quality.
