Senior Sales Representative, Up Market Major Accounts (Hunter)

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative: Major Accounts, Upmarket.

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter or new‑business role
• Proven success prospecting into the c‑suite and consistently achieving or exceeding quota
• Strong discovery skills with the ability to challenge prospects and influence change
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills
• Experience selling complex, consultative solutions
• Knowledge of HCM, SaaS, or ADP competitors is an asset
• Demonstrated success in a collaborative, team‑selling environment
• Proficiency using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
• Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership presence
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle are required for this field-based role.
