  Run discovery calls with founders, executives, and hiring managers

  Scope hiring needs and prepare proposals and contracts

  Close new business and collect deposits to kick off searches

  Re-engage past clients and expand existing accounts

  Maintain accurate pipeline and deal records in the CRM

• →

  Hand off closed deals cleanly to the recruiting team

• 2+ years in a closing role (Account Executive or similar)

• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets

• Experience selling to US-based companies, founders or executives

• Strong discovery, negotiation and follow-up skills

• Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered

• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

• Experience in agency, staffing, or recruiting sales

• Experience managing a full sales cycle with SMB and startup clients

• Familiarity with contract and MSA negotiations

• CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

• Slack, Zoom, and task management tools
