Sales Representative

We are looking for two Sales Representatives to join our team and fulfill maximizing our labor capacity with high value moving jobs.

This role would be responsible for all inbound calls and leads from a variety of lead sources and platforms. They would be thorough and detailed in their review of all communications to ensure timely responses and excellent customer service. They would have a background in inside sales, and a consultive sales approach. They would be warm and friendly, and able to speak as a subject matter expert about our services as well as the moving process. They would be skilled in handling customer objections, fielding complaints, as well as filtering calls to other members of the team.

They would be motivated by sales goals and incentives and take initiative to perform their work enthusiastically and accurately. They would be able to contribute to departmental level meetings, solving challenges independently as well as a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound sales functions
  • Responding to all inbound calls and leads within same business day
  • Execute follow up process for completed moves
  • Intaking accurate job information from customer to ensure job success
  • Upselling customers to higher value products with tact and skill
• Assisting with additional customer communication when necessary
• Communicate with moving crews about job specific details
• Attend sales meetings with required materials and individual KPIs prepared
• Assist with quarterly goals and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Work experience as an inbound salesperson
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with logistics or transportation industry
• Knowledgeable with Google Suite products, and video platforms such as Zoom
• BSc in Business, Sales, or relevant field +
