Develop leads and enroll new members to meet and exceed your membership sales goals
Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, and schedule tours for prospective members
Lead enthusiastic, informative tours of our fitness center and campus that showcase the benefits of membership
Present membership options and pricing, and sell secondary services
Follow up with prospective members and guests who haven’t yet enrolled, and encourage member referrals

High school diploma or GED, and at least 4 years of sales experience
A passion for health and wellness and an enthusiastic, friendly personality
A self-starter mindset, with strong organization and follow-up skills
Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-player attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays every week, plus evenings and holidays as needed
