The Global Account Manager for Boeing is Kearfott’s senior relationship and growth leader for Boeing Defense and Boeing Commercial. This person develops access to the Boeing leaders and teams who shape product plans, platform requirements, technology roadmaps, sourcing decisions, and business opportunities. The role builds and executes one coordinated Boeing account strategy across Kearfott’s Guidance & Navigation (GND) and Motion Systems (MSD) divisions.

The Global Account Manager translates Boeing priorities and Kearfott capabilities into qualified growth opportunities. Working with division BD leaders and pursuit teams, this person shapes opportunities early, aligns Kearfott’s engagement, and helps position the company to win. The role owns the strategic account relationship and account plan; designated capture leads own the detailed strategy and execution for individual pursuits, while program teams own contract delivery.

  • Build and maintain trusted, multi-level relationships with Boeing executives, business-unit leaders, program offices, engineering organizations, procurement and supply-chain teams, and other decision-makers across Defense and Commercial.
  • Map Boeing’s organizational structure, stakeholders, priorities, decision paths, and engagement needs. Create and maintain a practical relationship plan that expands Kearfott’s access to the right leaders and technical influencers.
  • Own a multi-year Boeing account plan that connects Boeing’s strategies and product roadmaps with Kearfott’s GND and MSD capabilities, investment priorities, and growth objectives.
  • Identify and qualify new applications, platform opportunities, upgrades, production and sustainment needs, and technology collaborations. Build a balanced, well-supported pipeline across Boeing Defense and Commercial.
  • Engage Boeing early to understand customer problems, shape requirements, communicate Kearfott ideas and product plans, and develop opportunities before formal solicitations where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with division BD leaders, capture managers, engineering, product management, program management, operations, contracts, finance, and executive leadership to present a coherent Kearfott team to Boeing.
  • Help qualify and shape strategic pursuits, strengthen customer access and positioning, and contribute Boeing insight, relationships, and account strategy to capture plans, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Arrange and lead executive briefings, technical exchanges, roadmap discussions, customer visits, and demonstrations that connect Boeing needs with Kearfott expertise and capabilities.
  • Act as the senior internal voice for Boeing: communicate customer priorities, emerging issues, competitive developments, and relationship risks; coordinate timely responses and elevate issues requiring leadership attention.
  • Maintain accurate Boeing account, contact, opportunity, and forecast information in Kearfott’s CRM. Provide regular account reviews and concise recommendations to company leadership.
  • Use approved digital, analytics, and AI tools to improve account research, stakeholder planning, opportunity analysis, and executive preparation while protecting customer and company information.
  • Follow applicable company policies, customer requirements, and laws governing business conduct, procurement integrity, export controls, and information handling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or technical graduate degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace business development, strategic account management, capture, or customer-facing program growth.
  • Significant direct Boeing experience, gained at Boeing or in a customer-facing role with a Boeing supplier or partner. Demonstrated success navigating Boeing stakeholders and decision processes is required.
  • Experience engaging senior leaders and building relationships across program, engineering, and procurement organizations. Demonstrated ability to earn access, communicate credibly, and turn relationships into qualified opportunities.
  • A track record of developing strategic accounts and contributing to complex, long-cycle aerospace pursuits from early shaping through award.
  • Ability to work across divisions and matrixed teams, influence without direct authority, and align internal leaders around customer priorities.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, listening, and account-planning skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to Boeing and Kearfott locations.
  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain government security clearance.
