About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Account Executive who will Project Manager / Sales Overlay to support our Healthcare vertical. This is a commercially oriented sales and account management role designed to provide direct support to senior sales leadership while developing and managing relationships with healthcare clients and prospects.

Although the role includes coordination responsibilities, it is not a traditional project management position. The role combines sales support, account management, business development, customer engagement, renewal management, and limited project coordination, with a clear focus on pipeline development, customer retention, and revenue growth.

The PM / Sales Overlay will serve as an overlay resource to a senior healthcare sales executive, helping manage day-to-day customer activities, smaller accounts, renewals, and sales opportunities while identifying and developing new revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with executives and cybersecurity leaders, conducting prospect outreach, managing customer relationships, advancing sales opportunities, coordinating internal resources, and contributing directly to the growth of the Healthcare business.

Support senior sales leadership across healthcare accounts, prospects, and strategic opportunities.

Manage day-to-day customer activities, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and internal coordination.

Take ownership of smaller healthcare accounts, renewals, and sales opportunities.

Build relationships with healthcare customers and identify opportunities for expansion and new business.

Conduct proactive prospecting and develop pipeline across Managed Security, IAM, Professional Services, and Security Technology solutions.

Qualify opportunities and coordinate sales, technical, and delivery resources throughout the sales cycle.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing renewals, retention, and growth opportunities.

Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and executive engagements.

Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, procurement teams, and other healthcare executives.

Develop strong knowledge of healthcare cybersecurity trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple customer activities simultaneously.

Comfortable speaking directly with customers, prospects, and senior executives.

Commercially minded with an interest in sales and revenue generation.

Proactive rather than waiting for assignments or direction.

Comfortable conducting outbound prospecting and developing new relationships.

Strong in written and verbal communication.

Able to coordinate effectively across sales, engineering, services, operations, and vendor partners.

Interested in cybersecurity and willing to develop knowledge across multiple security disciplines.

Comfortable attending conferences, customer events, and industry networking opportunities.

Capable of balancing customer service, account management, business development, and internal coordination.
