As a Sales Executive – Warehousing, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strong client relationships within the warehousing and contract logistics sector. You will be responsible for promoting tailored storage, distribution, and supply chain solutions to businesses across different industries. Working closely with prospective clients, you will understand their operational requirements and develop compelling proposals that address their logistics needs. You will also collaborate with internal warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless solution design and successful client onboarding. Through proactive prospecting, effective negotiations, and relationship management, you will contribute directly to revenue growth and long-term customer retention. Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities for warehousing and contract logistics solutions, contributing to revenue growth and overall business expansion.

Client Prospecting: Research and approach potential customers across relevant industries to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.

Needs Assessment: Engage with prospective clients to understand their warehousing, storage, distribution, inventory management, and broader supply chain requirements.

Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service offerings that effectively communicate the value of available warehousing and logistics solutions.

Solution Coordination: Collaborate with internal operations and warehouse teams to design appropriate solutions, assess operational feasibility, and facilitate smooth client onboarding.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term commercial partnerships.

Negotiations & Deal Closure: Conduct client meetings, manage commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while contributing to broader business development and growth objectives.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, update customer information in CRM systems, and prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Market & Competitor Research: Monitor industry developments, market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the warehousing and logistics sector.

Professional Representation: Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions, meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related commercial role.

Proven track record of generating leads, managing sales pipelines, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing business opportunities.

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, contract logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services is strongly preferred.

Good understanding of warehousing operations, storage solutions, distribution processes, and supply chain management.

Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders.

Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into relevant commercial solutions.

Strong relationship-building and customer management skills, with a focus on developing long-term business partnerships.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects, client meetings, and sales opportunities simultaneously.

Proactive, independent, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic CRM tools for sales tracking, reporting, and customer management.

Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and good working proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities when required.

Must have a personal laptop and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
