Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot server uptime, connectivity, disk space and performance issues
→Review server, access and error logs to identify common problems
→Support customers with cPanel and Plesk
→Assist with DNS setup, SSL installation, PHP versions/modules and databases
→Help customers recover server access and reset credentials
→Support local backup setup and disaster recovery
→Assist with email and FTP client configuration
→Troubleshoot common CMS and website issues
→Carry out root cause analysis for common server errors
→Provide basic account management support
→Continuously develop your technical knowledge to provide effective, up-to-date customer support

Hosting knowledge: Strong understanding of hosting environments, including shared hosting, Windows and Linux VPS, DNS, SSL, backups and PHP
Web technologies: Good knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms, plus CDN and WAF technologies
Customer & communication skills: Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
Problem solving: Able to multitask, prioritise and independently troubleshoot complex website and hosting issues

GoDaddy experience: Knowledge of GoDaddy hosting platforms and Content Migration Services is preferred
