We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based healthcare services company that gives employers and their teams fast access to some of the country's top orthopedic and musculoskeletal specialists. Founded by a physician with decades of clinical practice, we deliver expert second opinions and care recommendations in days or weeks instead of months.

Musculoskeletal care is the largest healthcare cost for most employers. Our model helps their employees avoid unnecessary surgeries and return to work sooner, which brings that cost down. We sell to self-funded employers and partner with the benefits brokers and third-party administrators who advise them. The team is remote and digital-first.

About the Role

~1 min read

Our growth so far has come from leadership selling directly. To keep growing, we need a steady, predictable flow of qualified conversations with employers and the advisors who influence their benefits decisions.

This is our first dedicated prospecting role. You'll research target accounts, start conversations with HR, benefits, and finance leaders, and book qualified meetings for our leadership team to run. You'll also help us learn which messages, channels, and segments convert, so we can build a repeatable sales motion.

You won't need clinical knowledge. You will need to explain a clear cost-and-outcomes story to senior business buyers in plain language.
