• Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting or freelance/interim solutions.

• A network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors or fractional professionals.

• The ability to open doors, build trust and convert conversations into opportunities.

• A commercial, entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset.

• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Comfort working independently in a commission-only partnership.

• Access to a large network of experienced freelancers and fractional professionals across Europe.

• A highly attractive revenue share: 50% of the margin per successful match.

• Full flexibility: work remotely, independently and alongside other activities.
