Independent Contractor – B-CPT-11345 Bilingual Podcast Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant/Marketing VA/Junior-Senior Level (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a creative and bilingual (Spanish-English) Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the promotion and growth of a Spanish-language podcast and a growing addiction and recovery education brand.

This role focuses on social media management, podcast promotion, content creation, and marketing support for a Spanish-speaking audience. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish (native level), understands social media trends, and can create engaging content such as hooks, captions, thumbnails, reels, and promotional campaigns.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Promote podcast episodes across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and schedule engaging social media posts aligned with podcast releases.
• Increase audience reach through organic marketing strategies.
• Repurpose content from the client's existing 30 podcast episodes into reels, short-form videos, graphics, quotes, and promotional campaigns.
• Promote the client's TEDx Talk across multiple digital channels.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.

• Write compelling captions, hooks, and short-form content in native Spanish.
• Develop engaging ideas for reels, thumbnails, and post formats.
• Adapt messaging to resonate with a Spanish-speaking audience.
• Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails and compelling YouTube video hooks.
• Develop engaging hooks and captions optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
• Repurpose podcast and TEDx content into multiple content formats for various social media platforms.

• Brainstorm and suggest creative marketing strategies to grow the podcast.
• Stay updated on social media trends.
• Assist in optimizing content for visibility and engagement.
• Support the launch and growth of the client's addiction recovery education platform.
• Identify creative opportunities to expand brand awareness across English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Recommend AI tools and automation strategies that improve marketing efficiency.

• Research and identify Spanish-language podcasts, television shows, radio programs, newspapers, and online publications for guest appearances.
• Assist with outreach and scheduling of interviews and media opportunities.
• Help coordinate promotional partnerships and collaborations within the recovery and mental health communities.
• Track media outreach efforts and follow up with prospective partners.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Native-level Spanish proficiency (required).
• Fluent in English for communication with the client.
• 1–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and short-form video marketing.
• Experience writing engaging marketing copy (especially hooks and captions).
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate content ideas independently.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work consistently within scheduled hours.
• Experience promoting podcasts or long-form content is highly preferred.
• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails and optimizing YouTube content is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with addiction recovery, alcoholism, gambling addiction, anxiety, mental health, or wellness industries is highly preferred.
• Experience with public relations, podcast guest outreach, or media outreach is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation while maintaining an authentic brand voice.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
