- Identify and research potential clients using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Google, Yelp, and online directories
- Target key decision-makers (property managers, business owners, general contractors)
- Build and maintain structured prospect lists
- Focus outreach efforts within assigned geographic markets (NY, NJ, FL)
- Execute daily outreach campaigns via:
- LinkedIn messaging
- Email communication
- Use templates while adapting messaging when needed
- Maintain consistent outreach volume and activity levels
- Ensure professional and brand-aligned communication
- Track all outreach efforts and responses
- Perform structured follow-ups (2–3 attempts per lead)
- Ensure timely responses and no missed opportunities
- Maintain organized lead tracking and status updates
- Gather and verify contact information and company details
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Continuously update and clean lead databases
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as:
- Invoice creation (Google Docs or similar tools)
- Data entry and file organization
- Support general business operations as needed
- Assist with outbound cold calling (if implemented)
- Support bid preparation and proposal coordination
- Take on additional operational or marketing tasks over time
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in:
- Lead generation
- B2B outreach or prospecting
- Marketing or sales support
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Strong written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Comfortable performing repetitive outreach tasks with consistency
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with commercial cleaning, real estate, or contractor outreach
- Basic experience with CRM systems

- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: Flexible within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
