- Follow established call cadences and outreach workflows
- Handle common objections professionally and confidently
- Encourage prospects to schedule an introductory class
- Schedule appointments directly within MindBody
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Follow up with no-shows to reschedule
- Conduct win-back outreach to prospects who attended a trial but did not become members
- Record call outcomes and follow-up activities
- Maintain organized lead tracking spreadsheets
- Document objections, appointment status, and next steps
- Provide accurate daily activity summaries as required
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Appointment setting, outbound sales, lead nurturing, or customer service experience required
- High-volume outbound calling experience preferred
- Strong verbal English communication skills required
- CRM experience preferred
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Comfortable working in a phone-intensive role
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Confident and personable on outbound phone calls
- Previous appointment setting, inside sales, or customer support experience
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals
- Organized with strong follow-through
- Able to maintain energy during high-volume calling sessions
- Dependable and responsive during scheduled shifts
- MindBody (training will be provided)
- LoopSpark
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft 365
- Google Voice or VOIP Platform
- Contracted Hours per Week: 30 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Thursday and Saturday
- Daily Working Time: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST; Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
