20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a busy attorney, retail business owner, and real estate professional with administrative organization, social media management, SEO support, and grant/RFP-related tasks.
Please note that the retail business will be the primary focus of this role.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency, file management, and overall business organization. The ideal candidate should be dependable, resourceful, and capable of supporting multiple business functions with accuracy and professionalism.
This is a part-time remote role requiring approximately 10 hours per week with preferred availability during PST business hours.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Administrative & File Organization
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation systems.
- Transfer and properly categorize files from Fiverr, Google Drive, and other platforms into structured filing systems.
- Organize Fiverr receipts, downloads, invoices, and project documentation for bookkeeping and recordkeeping purposes.
- Help establish and maintain organized tracking systems for business expenses, products, and operational records.
- Improve workflow efficiency and document accessibility using AI-powered tools where appropriate.
- Maintain organized cloud-based filing systems and ensure files remain up to date and accessible.
Social Media & SEO Support
- Assist with creating, scheduling, and organizing social media content.
- Help maintain a consistent online presence across multiple social platforms.
- Conduct basic SEO reviews and recommend improvements for website visibility and content optimization.
- Organize and manage digital marketing materials and assets.
- Support ongoing content organization and branding consistency efforts.
Grant & RFP Assistance
- Research relevant grant opportunities and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Assist with preparing and completing grant applications and proposal documentation.
- Track submission deadlines, requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Organize application materials and maintain records for ongoing submissions and opportunities.
- Provide administrative support related to proposal and grant submission processes.
General Administrative Support
- Assist with task tracking, follow-ups, and operational coordination.
- Support ongoing organization of business-related projects and workflows.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Provide additional administrative assistance as needed.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar remote support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing digital filing systems.
- Experience using AI tools for productivity, workflow management, or organization is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and cloud-based document systems required.
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media management practices.
- Experience supporting grant applications, RFPs, or proposal writing is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, tech-savvy, and highly dependable.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection required.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Experience with cloud storage systems and digital file organization.
- Comfortable learning and using AI-powered productivity tools.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
