20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A technology-first company supporting property owners and property management companies is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to manage housing-code compliance cases from initial intake through final submission and acceptance.
The VA will work within an established process and existing SOPs to verify AI-generated case information, create and track work orders, review repair evidence, assemble proof-of-repair packages, and monitor cases through closure.
This is not a basic data-entry role. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment when reviewing documents and photos, consistent deadline management, and the ability to flag questionable information before it creates compliance issues.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Submission & Case Closure
- Review completed work orders and supporting documentation

- Ensure evidence is matched to the correct violation
- Identify weak, missing, or unclear documentation before submission
- Request corrections or additional evidence when needed

- Keep cases open until final agency acceptance
- Maintain clear records of outstanding items, deadlines, and next steps
- Communicate through email and Slack with internal team members and, when appropriate, client contacts
- Follow established SOPs and operating procedures
- Maintain clear written notes, captions, and escalation summaries
- Support additional compliance-processing tasks as assigned
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
