Senior Executive, Business Development (Travel Solutions)

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting travel agents in the Thai market to adopt our suite of products, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire customer journey from initial engagement to post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential travel agents, distributors, and B2B partners in the Thai market
- Conduct initial business discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Drive conversion of prospects to active merchants using Antom's travel solutions
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet individual and team targets
2. Customer Onboarding & Enablement
- Guide merchants through the entire onboarding process, from initial sign-up to product activation
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth merchant onboarding
- Provide localized support and training to merchants on product features and best practices
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address any issues or delays
3. Account Management & Support
- Serve as the main liaison between merchants and internal support teams (middle office, back office, product, operations)
- Gather and communicate merchant feedback, feature requests, and pain points to product and operations teams
- Ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management
- Conduct regular business reviews with key merchants to identify growth opportunities
4. Performance & Reporting
- Achieve individual KPIs including:
- Number of merchants activated on Antom products (ABA, cross-border payroll, etc.)
- Transaction volume (TPV) processed through Antom's platform
- Merchant retention and activation rates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, conversions, and market insights to management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of business development or account management experience in the travel, aviation, or fintech industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environment
- Experience working with travel agents, distributors, or B2B partners strongly preferred
- Native Thai speaker (required)
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to conduct business negotiations and presentations in both languages
- Strong understanding of payment solutions, financial services, or travel industry operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel within Thailand as needed
Requirements

- Knowledge of travel industry pain points (ticketing, settlements, agent commissions, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for financial services in Thailand
