About the Role
~2 min read3E’s commercial team is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Account Manager to drive business growth across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Japan. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of your customers’ business priorities, aligning their regulatory and compliance needs with 3E’s innovative solutions. Success in this position requires a strong grasp of APAC market dynamics, strategic customer relationship management, and expertise in regulatory solutions and expansion strategies.
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week at our Tokyo office.
As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer retention and broadening our customer base within your designated territory. You will oversee account health, drive product adoption, and identify cross-sell opportunities, referring them to the business development teams.
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about executing our strategy. You will have the opportunity to leverage your strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs, helping us unlock the vast potential of our addressable market. Our team will rely on you to identify growth opportunities for new product lines within existing customer organizations. A passion for engaging with customers and understanding their business challenges is essential.

Native-level Japanese proficiency and fluent English skills (additional Asian languages a plus).
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles within the technology, IT, subscription-based regulatory solutions, or SaaS companies.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market trends and customer needs.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar applications.
Proven results-driven mindset, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and renewal targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
Ability to travel up to 5 days per month, primarily within Japan, with occasional trips across APAC
Hybrid work environment – must be able to work from our Tokyo office three days per week.
Proficiency in another APAC language (Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai) is preferred
