Key Account Manager

Major Responsibilities:

• Served as Sales Manager for cross-border e-commerce (Hong Kong Label) omnichannel business of Abbott Medical Nutrition adult product line, covering sales channels including JD, Tmall and Emerging channels.

• Analyzed store operational data together with TPs, proposed feasible operation optimization plans, followed up implementation and tracked execution performance to ultimately improve operational efficiency.

• Developed in-depth understanding of target brand users’ needs and online shopping behaviors. Collaborated with the EMKT team to translate insights into new customer acquisition initiatives in line with platform.

• Familiar with on-site and off-site user operation tactics. Partnered with the brand’s CRM team to boost user satisfaction and repurchase rate.

• Maintained close communication and collaboration with platform clients, expanded brand exposure via resource exchange and drove business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred.

• At least 5 years working experience related.

• Excellent communication with Mandarina and English is must.
