National Sales Manager Germany Cardiometabolic (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Solid experience from commercial roles, preferably within medical device, diagnostics or health care
- →Minimum 3 years of previous front line sales management experience and a strong track record
- →B.A or B.A Degree or other relevant education
- →Proven Sales background, an established network and a strong ability to influence at a senior stakeholder level
- →Track record as an effective people manager and building high performing team culture
- →Solid knowledge of Germany Healthcare systems and market place
- →Deep understanding of market trends and competitive environment
- →Strong business analytical-/structured skills and preferably project management experience
- →Self-starter, with a customer focused and results driven attitude.
- →Able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams, cooperating well with all levels.
- →Team-player, collaborative and emphatic
- →Able to adapt in a quick pacing and complex environment
- →Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience
- →Stimulates subordinates to think analytically and creatively, empower them to perform at their best
- →Drives for Results; focuses the organization on ways to consistently achieve high performance.
