We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Nordics to drive commercial success, build high‑performing teams, and lead the Heart Failure business across the region.
Responsibilities

Drive sales revenue, profitability, and market growth across the Heart Failure portfolio in the Nordic region.

Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with company targets and market opportunities.

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales organization (4 direct reports), building strong account teams and capabilities.

Establish and maintain senior relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, hospitals, and healthcare decision makers.

Identify growth opportunities and improve market access for innovative Heart Failure technologies.
- →
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and business planning while maintaining strong operational discipline and compliance.
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Proven leadership experience in the medical device industry, ideally within cardiology or high‑acuity care.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and delivering results.
Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and operate effectively in a matrix organization.
Experience in strategic planning, account management, and complex stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills.
High level of integrity with a strong focus on compliance, ethics, and quality standards.
Fluent in English and proficient in Swedish (any additional language is an asset).
Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate.
