Our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio includes pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, cardiac resynchronization devices, insertable cardiac monitors, and remote patient management solutions.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our CRM team in the HUS Region. In this role, you'll work closely with healthcare professionals to grow our business, support clinical procedures, and help bring life-changing technologies to patients across the region.

Responsibilities

→Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives within the HUS Region.
→Build strong relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, nurses, and procurement stakeholders.
→Provide clinical and technical support for Abbott's CRM portfolio.
→Support customers during implant procedures and follow-up activities.
→Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals.
→Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic accounts.
→Support tender processes and commercial negotiations.
→Collaborate closely with local and Nordic cross-functional teams.

This position includes regular travel within Finland and occasional travel across the Nordic region.

You combine clinical curiosity with commercial drive and enjoy building long-term partnerships in a healthcare environment. You are proactive, customer-oriented, and motivated by improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
Experience in cardiovascular, electrophysiology, or cardiac rhythm management environments.
Experience in sales, clinical support, or another customer-facing healthcare role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Finnish and English.

Experience supporting procedures in cath lab or operating room settings.
Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
A passion for innovative medical technologies and patient care.
