Job Summary

Completed Business Degree or Diploma essential. The purpose of this learnership is to develop and equip unemployed youth with the practical skills, knowledge, and experience required to succeed in the microinsurance and financial services industry.
As a Microinsurance Sales Consultant Learner, you will contribute to driving financial inclusion by promoting accessible and affordable insurance solutions to underserved communities. The role focuses on building trust with customers, delivering exceptional service, and supporting clients throughout the insurance lifecycle, while gaining hands-on sales and customer engagement experience.
