About Us
Provo Family Dentistry is a warm, friendly, and family-oriented dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care to our community. With four doctors, Dr. Steven Flick, Dr. Gary Wilson, Dr. Tyra Neal, and Dr. Hayden Jones. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including general dentistry, implants, root canals, wisdom tooth extraction, sleep appliances, and Botox.

We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented professional to join our front desk team.

The Role
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our front office, ensuring that our patients have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling all incoming calls with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments efficiently to optimize the practice schedule.
  • Financial Management: Accurately collect payments and assist with financial arrangements as needed.
  • Support: Maintain a smooth workflow by collaborating closely with our clinical team and management.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical front office is preferred.
  • Software: Proficiency in Dentrix is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: You are calm under pressure, exceptionally friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable. You view teamwork as essential to success.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
  • Salary:  $15.00 - $17.00  DOE
