The opportunity:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Achievers and launch their sales career! If you are entrepreneurial, a self starter, and are excited about prospecting fortune 500 companies – this is the role for you!
 
As a Sales Development Representative at Achievers, you’ll be “running your own business” with full autonomy to control your sales strategy. You’re core responsibility is to connect (over phone/email) with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate a conversation and qualify a meeting for your Account Executive. Your day will be a mix of prospecting, skill development, team collaboration, and recognition (it’s what we do).

Keep it Concise: Please aim for a 1-2 minute video – long enough to share your insights but short enough to keep it engaging. 
Share Your Story: Feel free to let us in on your career journey and what has brought you to this point. "What motivates you to pursue a career in sales, and why you want to join our Sales Development team. Highlight your unique qualities that set you apart and make you the perfect fit for this role. Mention one challenging situation you've faced and how you overcame it"
Be Yourself: This doesn't need to be a polished production; just be yourself and share your authentic thoughts.
 
Keep your video ready before you start applying!
  • Creative prospecting through physical mailer, video, phone call, email, social media, and other tech Achievers provide
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills.
  • Hone your skills and learn to successfully manage and overcome objections.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing accounts through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest.
  • Research, map, and build new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling).
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities.
  • 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • A ‘never stop learning attitude’
  • Experience in creative email writing for outbound prospecting
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferable experience using Salesforce and other prospecting tools such as Outreach or Salesloft
  • A key interest in having a successful career in sales with a goal of becoming a closing Sales Rep in the next 24-36 months.
