The opportunity:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Achievers and launch their sales career! If you are entrepreneurial, a self starter, and are excited about prospecting fortune 500 companies – this is the role for you!
As a Sales Development Representative at Achievers, you’ll be “running your own business” with full autonomy to control your sales strategy. You’re core responsibility is to connect (over phone/email) with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate a conversation and qualify a meeting for your Account Executive. Your day will be a mix of prospecting, skill development, team collaboration, and recognition (it’s what we do).
IMPORTANT

"What motivates you to pursue a career in sales, and why you want to join our Sales Development team. Highlight your unique qualities that set you apart and make you the perfect fit for this role. Mention one challenging situation you've faced and how you overcame it"
• Be Yourself: This doesn't need to be a polished production; just be yourself and share your authentic thoughts.
