Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Global Media operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage all negotiated deals in system communicating flowcharts and schedule changes to agency contacts.
- →Work with Commercial Operations to ensure all allocations and traffic material is delivered in a timely manner.
- →Negotiate upgrades and program schedule changes with agency contacts to ensure deal integrity.
- →Help team deliver on key revenue drivers through targeted flighting, inclusive of calculating key metrics for client objectives. (i.e. percentages)
- →Collect added value material from agency to execute linear, digital, and social sponsorships: Billboard copy, logos, tags.
Requirements
~1 min read- A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized team player who successfully operates in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong communication, problem solving and follow-through.
- Must have the ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information as well as the ability to work independently, efficiently and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast pace environment.
- Detail oriented.
