About the Role

~1 min read- →Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS business
- →Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
- →Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
- →Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
- →Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable
- →Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met
- →Provide coaching and training to support staff
- →Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions
- Good product knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage a project/event independently
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Tactful interpersonal relationship
- Good presentation and team building skills
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
- You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
