About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, and eager to grow in an executive support role. Prior Executive Assistant experience is not required. We value strong communication, reliability, good judgment, and the ability to learn quickly.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, stays ahead of priorities, and enjoys helping others work more efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- →Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership
- →Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help coordinate priorities
- →Coordinate internal and external meetings across different teams and time zones
- →Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- →Communicate professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders
- →Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- →Use technology and business tools effectively to improve organization and efficiency
- →Keep track of follow-ups and help ensure important tasks are completed on time
- →Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively help solve problems
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Proficiency with common business tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
The following are helpful but not required:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, office, customer service, or similar role
- Experience using tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar business applications
- Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, travel, or company events
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
