Charter Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a Charter Sales Executive to join our Sales Department in Malta. This role will report directly to the Charter Sales Manager and play a key part in driving charter flight sales by building strong relationships with brokers and clients, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering tailored private jet solutions that meet specific travel requirements. Working closely with the Charter Sales Manager, this role contributes to team revenue targets by combining strong sales expertise with a solid understanding of aircraft availability, operational limitations, and client expectations within the business aviation sector.

Role

The Charter Sales Executive will be responsible for preparing and negotiating charter quotations, assessing operating costs and restrictions, and securing profitable sales in line with business objectives. The role also involves coordinating confirmed flights with Operations and Flight Support, proposing suitable alternatives when limitations arise, proactively developing new business relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service through a professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.

What will you do:

• Prepare charter quotations, considering aircraft availability, operational restrictions, operating costs and pricing guidelines.
• Negotiate with charter brokers to secure profitable bookings and contribute towards team revenue and performance targets.
• Proactively engage with existing and potential brokers to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to maximise aircraft utilisation and optimise sales performance.
• Coordinate confirmed flights with Operations and Flight Support, ensuring accurate and timely handovers.
• Propose suitable alternatives when aircraft availability or operational restrictions arise.
• Manage enquiries and follow up on quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to Company procedures and commercial guidelines.
  
  

Who are we looking for:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, preferably within business aviation or charter sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  
• Dedicated, patient and customer-oriented person.
• An understanding that exceptional private aviation service goes beyond selling and requires genuine care, reliability and attention to detail.
