The Office Manager brings energy, structure, and seamless organization to the heart of AMAROK. This role shapes the daily employee experience, oversees facilities and vendor partnerships, and serves as the primary liaison for both local and remote employees. From creating memorable first impressions for guests to optimizing office workflows, managing vendor relationships, and supporting key People Ops initiatives, the Office Manager cultivates an inviting, highly functional environment where the entire team can thrive.
Responsibilities

- →Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.
- →Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (strong working knowledge of Excel required) and the ability to quickly learn HRIS platforms and business technologies.
- →Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply common sense to various situations.
- →Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.

Hourly starting rate: $24 - $26. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
