• Manages lead outreach and contacts prospective members

• 2+ years of Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody Software experience a plus

• 2+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience required
• Sales and customer-service focused with an emphasis on member retention and relationship building
• Experience with lead follow-up, sales conversion, or membership sales preferred
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward sales and performance goals

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Mindbody experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative in a leadership role

• →Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• →Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience
• →Manage lead outreach and follow up with prospective members to drive new memberships and appointments
• →Build relationships with guests and members to encourage retention and repeat visits
• →Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and studio services
• →Educate guests on membership options, services, retail products, and promotions
• →Follow up with prospective and existing members to increase conversions, rebookings, and retention
• →Manage daily appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling using Mindbody
• →Maintain accurate client and membership information and ensure all transactions are processed correctly
• →Support the front desk team with daily opening, closing, and studio organization responsibilities
• →Monitor and communicate studio needs, including retail and front desk supplies
• →Assist with resolving guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
• →Meet and track sales, membership, and lead-conversion goals
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and studio environment
• →Support and assist fellow team members to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience
