~1 min read- →Drive sales performance across the assigned territory by developing and executing commercial plans that achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities while maximizing growth within existing accounts.
- Build strong partnerships with distributors and channel partners to drive sales execution, market penetration, and customer engagement.
- Support distributor development through regular reviews, coaching, product education, and alignment on commercial priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders across Life Sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, vaccine production, cleanroom operations, and semiconductor environments.
- Leverage industry knowledge, regulatory understanding, and value-based selling techniques to identify customer needs, provide technical guidance, and recommend solutions that support contamination control and workplace safety objectives.
- Drive product adoption and specification wins by influencing key stakeholders, promoting the Kimtech® and BioClean® portfolios, and positioning Ansell as the preferred partner for controlled environment and scientific applications.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurately forecast business opportunities, and provide regular updates on sales performance, market developments, and growth initiatives through Salesforce and other reporting tools.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to support commercial strategy and business development decisions.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and regional sales teams to ensure effective customer support, successful project execution, and a seamless customer experience.
- Represent Ansell at trade exhibitions, customer events, and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility, expand professional networks, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all business activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and approved commercial guidelines.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Scientific Studies, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Frequent domestic and international travel required, estimated at up to 50% of working time.
- Open to participating in meetings outside standard working hours when required to collaborate across multiple regions and time zones.

- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling through distributors and managing channel partners.
- Demonstrated success within Life Sciences, Cleanroom, Controlled Environment, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Scientific markets.
- Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
- Knowledge of Annex 1 and ISO 14644 standards is preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Proven ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and deliver commercial growth.
- Experience coaching or supporting colleagues and sharing technical expertise.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences workflows, cleanroom environments, contamination control practices, and regulated industries.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a regional and matrix organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
- Fluent English, Arabic, and French required.
