Sales Supervisor

职位概要
领导销售业务增长，提升销售代表专业技能，控制管理区域成本。


主要职责

• 制定完成广东，广西，福建，海南区域的销售策略以确保销售目标。
• 从前线收集业务洞察，发现销售增长机会，并向公司供相关建议。
• 使用规范的行为方式，全面、正确地执行公司的销售计划和计划，确保结果。
• 通过每日、每周、每月的盘点，收集前线区域最新的库存信息，完成相关行动和活动，确保结果。
• 根据区域销售和订单预测建立区域销售和订单预测。
• 建立区域经销商发展战略，优先发展重点城市的关键潜在经销商，以支持销售目标的增长。根据公司的标准、方针和标准对经销商进行管理，确保区域内的经销商工作高效。

岗位要求
 

• 大学本科学历（如能力较强，学历可适当降低要求），3年以上宠物行业公司销售管理经验，畜牧兽医、动物科学等相关专业者优先； 年龄希望在35岁以内。
• 有宠物线下线上客户渠道资源者优先； 具有丰富的线下经销商开发和维护能力； 有区域生意管理的经验。
• 较强的执行力和生意敏感度，以确保完成销售目标；
• 较强的分析能力，判断力，能根据数据得出结论并提出计划。
• 具有较强的商业判断和决策能力；
• 能够识别、确定优先级、并清晰表达高影响的计划；
• 独立工作，能在经常出差的情况下安排工作；
• 熟练使用 PowerPoint、Excel、Project 等相关软件
