We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Wortking Student to join our team and contribute to our brand acquisition and partner onboarding initiatives.
As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by supporting the team in brand acquisition and partner onboarding processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the fashion industry, have strong communication skills, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in business development within a start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners that align with our company values and goals.
- Assist in outreach efforts to prospective brands, showcasing the unique opportunities and benefits of collaborating with our fashion start-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine materials for brand presentations and pitches.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners and communication records.
- Work closely with the business development team to facilitate the onboarding process for new brand partners.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure a seamless integration of new brands into our platform.
- Assist in developing onboarding materials and documentation to streamline the process.
- Act as a liaison between the company and new partners, addressing any inquiries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential brand partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute joint promotional activities and campaigns with partners.
- Gather feedback from partners to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing relationship enhancement efforts.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the fashion industry and current market trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
