Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Business Development Partner (Freelance) to help expand our client base by identifying new business opportunities and promoting our recruitment and HR solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business network, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This is a commission-based freelance opportunity with flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities & Duties Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Promote the company's recruitment and HR services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct client meetings and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful service delivery. Achieve agreed sales and business development targets. Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions. Employment Type Freelance – Commission Based Requirements Requirements Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage client relationships. Existing business network is an advantage. Good command of English (written and spoken). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
