Set and drive sales and profit targets for stores within the assigned city market. • Monitor key metrics such as sales achievement rate, average transaction value, and sales per square meter to ensure annual /monthly goals are met. • Understands key business drivers and drives sales by analyzing business results and creating action plans. 2、Store Operations 门店运营 • Ensure all stores comply with company-wide operational standards (e.g., visual merchandising, service process, inventory management). • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational quality and address compliance or process issues. • Coaches store associates and management to consistently provide clients with exceptional shopping experience. 3、Team Management & Training 团队管理与培训 • Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development for store managers and staff within the city. • Conduct workshops and meetings to enhance team capabilities in sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service. 4、Inventory & Cost Control 库存与成本控制 • Monitor inventory turnover rates, collaborate with logistics teams to optimize replenishment plans, and minimize excess stock. • Manage city operational costs (e.g., labor, utilities, material waste). 5、Customer Experience & Brand Image 客户体验与品牌形象 • Providing positive client experience. • Supervise service quality, resolve escalated customer complaints, and uphold the brand’s image. • Implement VIP customer management (CRM) strategies to boost repeat purchases and loyalty. 6、Cross-Department Collaboration 跨部门协作 • Liaise with HQ departments (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance) to share city market insights and drive localized marketing campaigns. • Coordinate new store launches (site selection, staffing, opening events). 7、Market & Competitor Analysis 市场与竞品分析 • Gather data on consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to support HQ strategy development.
