Lead Account Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Join AT&T as The Lead Account Manager who owns the commercial strategy, revenue growth, sales pipeline, and financial performance of assigned customer accounts. This role develops strategic account plans, identifies expansion opportunities, leads complex sales pursuits and customer RFPs, and coordinates virtual, cross-functional teams to deliver results.

• →Develop and execute commercial strategies and account plans aligned with customer priorities.
• →Own revenue growth, pipeline development, opportunity progression, and forecast accuracy.
• →Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• →Lead complex sales cycles, including proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
• →Lead customer RFPs and coordinate timely, high-quality responses across internal teams.
• →Build strong relationships with customer executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• →Develop customer value propositions, presentations, proposals, and business cases.
• →Lead virtual teams across product, pricing, legal, finance, delivery, and executive functions.
• →Influence decisions and drive results without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• →Identify commercial risks and competitive threats and develop appropriate action plans.
• →Maintain accurate account, pipeline, opportunity, and forecast information in the CRM system.
• →Mentor colleagues and represent the customer’s strategic priorities internally.

• Experience in account management, enterprise sales, consultative selling, or business development.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and customer retention practices.
